Role Description This is a part-time, remote role focused on teaching SAT Math and SAT English to high school students preparing for the Digital SAT. The educator will deliver live online classes, small-group sessions, and one-on-one tutoring, using structured lesson plans aligned with SAT content and test formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and refining curriculum materials, explaining key math and English concepts,



assigning and reviewing practice questions and tests, and providing targeted feedback to learners.

The role involves monitoring student progress through performance data, adapting instruction to individual needs, and maintaining clear and professional communication with students and families. The educator will collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching strategies and contribute to student success in standardized testing and college readiness.

Qualifications

- Robust subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and familiarity with SAT-level math topics.
- Background in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development, especially for standardized test preparation.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Experience with Lesson Planning and structuring classes for online delivery and test-focused instruction.
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring SAT Math and English or similar standardized tests is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with digital teaching tools, online learning platforms, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, English, or a related field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time schedules, and support students across time zones.
