Position: SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Ahmedabad | Work from Office

Experience: 5–6 Years

Joining: Immediate/ Short Notice Prederred

What We're Looking For

✅ 5–6 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience

✅ Strong end-to-end SAP HCM configuration experience

✅ Hands-on experience in PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll

✅ Strong experience in SAP Payroll configuration and processing

✅ Strong HCM table-level knowledge is mandatory

✅ Ability to identify and analyze relevant SAP HCM tables for master data, organizational data, time management and payroll

✅ Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP HCM implementation

✅ Positive understanding of HCM integration with other SAP modules

✅ Experience in requirement gathering, configuration,



testing & production support

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Added Advantage

UK Payroll / UK Payroll Localization experience will be an added advantage.

Additional Advantage: SAP SuccessFactors integration, HCM migration and international SAP implementation experience.
