Experience

- At least 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Process Control.
- Proven experience leading business workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution design discussions, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT teams to design and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP GRC Process Control implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Design, build, and maintain Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) business rules, data sources, and monitoring scenarios across business and IT processes.
- Configure and support assessment workflows, surveys, policy management, certifications, and sign-off processes.
- Configure and manage manual control performance, automated controls, semi-automated controls, and Test of Effectiveness (ToE) activities.
- Configure and maintain Process Control master data, including mass uploads through MDUG, organizational structures, risks, controls, and related master data objects.
- Configure workflows, notifications, reminders, escalations, and reporting capabilities within SAP GRC Process Control.
- Design test plans, perform functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, audit teams, risk teams, and control owners to define and optimize compliance processes.
- Define control objectives, control descriptions, test procedures, compliance documentation, and monitoring methodologies.
- Analyse compliance gaps,



identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process and control enhancements.
- Support internal and external audit requests, regulatory compliance initiatives, and evidence collection activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Support integrations between SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC
- Access Control, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and other connected applications.

Required Skills Strong implementation and support experience in SAP GRC Process Control.

Hands-on expertise in:

o Process Control configuration.

o Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM)

o Assessments and Surveys o Policy Management o Issue Management and Remediation o Test of Controls and Test of Effectiveness (ToE)

o Compliance Reporting and Dashboarding o Workflow Configuration

- Strong understanding of ITGC, ITAC, SOX, and regulatory compliance frameworks will be preferred.
- Experience with SAP Security concepts and SAP GRC Access Control valuable to have.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents, and solution design documents.
- Experience coordinating with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- SAP GRC certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), and cloud-based GRC solutions is an advantage.
