Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager with strong knowledge of SAP practice, delivery management, and business development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and expanding our SAP practice, identifying new business opportunities, and bringing in SOW-based SAP projects.

The candidate should have prior experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and enterprise clients, with Accenture experience preferred . This role requires a combination of SAP domain knowledge, client relationship management, project delivery expertise, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Practice Development

- Build, develop, and expand the SAP practice by identifying new business opportunities and potential areas of growth.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and client networks to develop the SAP business.
- Identify market opportunities across SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and support projects.
- Develop strategies to expand the SAP portfolio and establish long-term client relationships.

2. SOW Project & Business Development

- Identify, generate, and develop new SOW-based SAP project opportunities.
- Leverage existing relationships with SIs and enterprise clients to bring in new SAP engagements.
- Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, business needs, and upcoming SAP initiatives.




- Work closely with internal sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, project estimates, resource plans, and SOWs.
- Drive opportunities from initial client discussions through proposal development and project initiation.

3. SAP Delivery Management

- Oversee SAP project delivery and ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Understand SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Manage delivery planning, resource allocation, project risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure successful delivery of SOW-based projects and maintain client satisfaction.

4. Client & SI Relationship Management

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at SIs and enterprise clients.
- Develop strong connections with delivery heads, program managers, account managers, and other decision-makers.
- Explore opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure additional SAP projects.
- Participate in client meetings, business discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build long-term partnerships that support the growth of the SAP practice.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of SAP practice, project delivery, and implementation models.




- Proven experience in SAP Delivery Management, SAP Practice Management, or SAP Program Management.
- Experience in generating or developing SOW-based SAP project opportunities.
- Prior experience working with SIs and large IT services organizations.
- Experience with Accenture is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and support engagements.
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and business development.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and convert client relationships into potential SAP engagements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Based in Hyderabad .
- Experience working with Clients Like Accenture or other major SIs, such as Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, or HCLTech.
- Experience building or expanding an SAP practice.
- A combination of SAP delivery, client engagement, and SOW business development experience.
- Existing relationships with SI clients and enterprise decision-makers would be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who understands the SAP practice in depth, has experience working with SI clients, and can use their industry relationships and expertise to bring in SOW-based projects. The candidate should be capable of contributing to both SAP practice development and project delivery.

Key Hiring Focus: SAP practice knowledge, SOW opportunity generation, SI client relationships (particularly Accenture), and the ability to build and grow the SAP practice.
