Role Description The SAP Consultant will work on-site in the Pune District in a full-time capacity, supporting and enhancing SAP applications across key business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes in SAP, and configuring modules to meet operational needs.

The role involves managing and maintaining master data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting integration between SAP modules and other systems. The SAP Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user support and training, and assist with troubleshooting, change requests, and system enhancements.



The position requires close coordination with operations, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose effective SAP solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map, optimize, and document workflows within SAP in areas such as production, logistics, and finance.
- Candidates should possess Master Data management skills to ensure accurate setup, governance, and maintenance of core data across SAP modules.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to support seamless data and process flow between SAP modules and external systems.
- Experience with relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) in a manufacturing or automotive environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business and system requirements.
