Job Overview -

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP Objects, S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, SAP Fiori and OData.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, testing and supporting SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments, following modern SAP development standards and Clean Core principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance and maintain SAP ABAP applications and custom objects across ECC and S/4HANA.
- Develop using ABAP Objects / OO-ABAP and modern ABAP programming techniques.
- Design and optimize CDS Views for S/4HANA applications, reporting and data modeling.
- Develop and support AMDP and HANA-optimized solutions.
- Design and develop applications using RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Develop and support SAP Fiori backend services and OData services.
- Develop RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.
- Work with BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Framework.
- Develop and maintain SmartForms and Adobe Forms.
- Develop and support SAP integrations using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs and OData.
- Work with SAP BTP, cloud extensibility and side-by-side extension concepts.
- Support integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, SQL optimization, defect analysis and production support.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable SAP solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, technical documentation and test scenarios.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, cutover and post-go-live activities.
- Follow SAP Clean Core,



S/4HANA development and extensibility best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business users and global development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in ABAP Programming and ABAP Objects / OO-ABAP.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
- Strong experience with CDS Views and S/4HANA data models.
- Hands-on experience with AMDP and HANA-optimized development.
- Experience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Experience with SAP Fiori and OData services.
- Strong RICEFW development experience.
- Good knowledge of BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Framework.
- Experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs and OData.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Understanding of SAP Clean Core and up-to-date SAP extensibility.
- Experience with SAP transport management, testing and deployment processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and side-by-side extensibility.
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Experience with Fiori Elements and CAP.
- Knowledge of SAP Joule / SAP Business AI.
- Experience with Cloud ALM / SAP Solution Manager.
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade or transformation projects.
- SAP ABAP / S/4HANA certification.
