Job Title: SAO Orchestration / NSO Developer

Additional Skills: TCS BaNCS, Networking, Linux, SQL, Git, API Integration

We are looking for an experienced SAO Orchestration / NSO Developer with robust hands-on experience in Python development, network orchestration, YANG, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and networking. The candidate should have experience in developing automation solutions, integrating APIs, network operations, and troubleshooting application/network issues.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
- Experience with SAO/NSO Orchestration
- Strong knowledge of YANG
- Experience with REST API development and integration
- Knowledge of TCS BaNCS banking platform and REST API ecosystem
- Experience in Network Operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, Load Balancers
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and networking
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git and version control
- Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services applications




- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, Grafana, or ELK
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of API security and secure integrations

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain applications and automation solutions using Python.
2. Design, develop, and integrate TCS BaNCS REST APIs with internal and external systems.
3. Develop automation solutions for network monitoring, reporting, and operational workflows.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot network, API, and application-related issues.
5. Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
6. Monitor API performance and ensure secure communication between applications.
7. Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Operations, and Application teams.
8. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational procedures.
10. Participate in production support, incident management, and problem management activities.
11. Support network orchestration and automation using NSO, YANG, Python, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
12. Follow Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
