Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Lead with 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce integrations, along with solid experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working at a Senior Developer / Technical Lead level, independently handling complex development, integrations, technical design, code reviews, and production issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce development activities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications/systems.
- Work extensively with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, and integration patterns.
- Customize and develop solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Participate in technical design, solution development, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.




- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce experience.
- Senior Developer / Technical Lead-level expertise in Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Aura Components

- Salesforce Integrations
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Minimum working experience in Experience Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, governor limits, and automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical design skills.

Positive to Have

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for candidates who are strong hands-on Senior Salesforce Developers / Leads, rather than candidates with only functional or administrative Salesforce experience.

Key expectation: The candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise in Apex + LWC + Aura + Integrations, with practical experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
