Define data models, segmentation, personalization, and activation strategies.

Architect integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud.

Design Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related solutions.

Establish integration, security, governance, and data-management patterns.

Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.

Work with business stakeholders, developers, consultants, and external vendors.

Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Support technical discovery, estimation, solutioning, and implementation.

Mentor consultants and development teams.
