Role: Salesforce CRM Executive - U2

Locations: Hi-Tech City, HYD, TG 2-way transportation will be provided.

Exp:1-5 yrs exp in Salesforce Admin

Shift: UK shift (12PM till 9:30PM & Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

APPLICANTS SPECIFICATION

- Relevant University degree
- Work experience: 1- 4 yrs in Salesforce Administrator
- experience working on reports and Dashboards

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Supporting the analysis, testing and implementation of changes to the English business streams Salesforce implementation, both for business- as-usual enhancements/fixes and changes delivered via projects.

- Working with global colleagues to generate insights and produce accompanying data visualisations using a range of tools including Power BI and Salesforce.

- Undertaking data cleansing and processing tasks, as required. To include the analysis/requirements-gathering and implementation of current policies and practices to enhance data quality and accuracy.
- Playing a pivotal role in the English Business Units digital and data transformation, with a focus on advocating,



communicating, and supporting the local and global implementation of Salesforce.
- Supporting the streamlining and automation of English commercial processes, wherever appropriate/practical.
- Creating, compiling, analysing and distributing reports.

- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of CRM systems and processes in order to improve user experiences and data insights.
- Developing an understanding of future Salesforce CRM capabilities and functionality, identifying new skills/training required for future implementations/developments.
- Championing global best practice around data and analytics.

- Keeping up to date and building knowledge of new and existing systems
- Managing the English Sales Effectiveness teams email inbox, providing first-line support to English CRM users and escalating issues to/managing issues with central Technology/other teams.
