Work Location: Noida, India

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity from Noida. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that support customer service operations.

You will work closely with US-based teams during designated shift hours (5 PM–2 AM / 6 PM–3 AM IST), translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions using Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Service Cloud to support end-to-end customer service processes.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Build and manage complex workflow automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Write and optimize SOQL queries to support application functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes,



and deliver reliable, scalable fixes.
- Support testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and adhere to Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders during the designated shift window.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 5–8 years of relevant Salesforce consulting and development experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura development.
- Expertise in SOQL and Salesforce Flows for complex automation scenarios.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Noida and support US shift hours (5 PM–2 AM / 6 PM–3 AM IST).
