Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize sales processes using Salesforce tools.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, leveraging expertise in SAP and technical architecture.

- Provide guidance on data modeling, workflow automation, and reporting strategies to ensure productive use of Salesforce capabilities.

- Participate in project planning activities such as estimating effort, developing work breakdown structures (WBS), creating project schedules.
