Role Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team focused on direct customer acquisition, CP visits, and closures. You will drive walk-ins, digital leads, and inbound enquiries into high-quality conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Sales & Closures
- Drive revenue through direct channels (walk-ins, digital leads, campaigns)
- Ensure high conversion from enquiries to bookings
- Manage site visits, presentations, and deal closures
- Lead Management & Funnel Optimization




- Allocate and track leads across team members
- Monitor response time, follow-ups, and closure rates
- Optimize funnel efficiency from enquiry to booking

- Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
- Set daily, weekly targets and track performance
- Build a high-energy, closure-driven team culture

- Customer Experience
- Ensure premium customer interaction and consultation
- Handle escalations and critical negotiations
- Build strong brand trust and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

- 6-8 years of experience in direct sales / B2C sales
- Atleast 3 years of Team handling experience (Mandate)
- Luxury and Wealth management portfolio (Preferred)
- Strong closing skills and customer handling ability
- High energy, target-driven mindset
