Job Title: Sales Support & Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support & Coordinator to assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales executives, managers, and other internal departments.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets, business performance, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients/agents and resolve basic queries or route them to the concerned team.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding pending cases, documents, and business updates.
- Assist in preparing sales-related presentations, MIS reports, and other documents.
- Ensure timely sharing of important updates, requirements, and information with the sales team.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of sales activities.




- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
- Perform other sales coordination and support activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain and manage data accurately.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Operations will be preferred.

Experience 1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is organized, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
