Aeroprime is a growing aviation and travel services group with a strong presence in Airline GSA and Cargo GSSA operations. We work with leading global aviation brands, providing specialized solutions across airline sales and marketing, cargo management, distribution, airport services, travel product representation, and related aviation services.

Our Cargo GSSA business focuses on cargo sales, revenue growth, customer relationship management, and supporting end-to-end cargo operations.

As we continue to expand our GSSA business and strengthen our cargo network, we are looking for professionals who are ready to grow with us and contribute to our continued expansion.

Position Overview

- Position: Sales Support / Operations – Cargo
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Department: Cargo

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily cargo operations and streamline ground execution.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including generating quotes, handling customer inquiries, and managing bookings.
- Maintain and update operational logs, space allocations,



and shipment tracking documentation.
- Coordinate closely with airline partners, ground handling agents, and internal sales teams.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with key freight forwarders and clients.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Air Cargo Operations, Sales Support, Airline Cargo, Freight Forwarding, or GSSA.
- Solid understanding of cargo documentation, operational workflows, and customer coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced aviation setting.
- Target-oriented mindset with a customer-centric operational approach.
