Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire current customers through field sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily sales activity and performance reports.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience .
- BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or relevant sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
