- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Manage B2B/industrial customer relationships.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, and market visits.
- Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and follow up on payments/orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales/team-handling experience.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B/industrial sales preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
