Job Title: Sales Officer – Travel & Pilgrimage Tours Job Type: Full-time | In-Office

Job Summary: Join our in-office travel team to handle customer inquiries, pitch holiday and pilgrimage packages over the phone, and close bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and handle incoming travel inquiries.
- Understand customer needs for leisure holidays and pilgrimage/yatra packages.
- Explain itineraries, package inclusions, and costs clearly over the phone.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm hotel, transport, and tour bookings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 1+ years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or travel agency sales.




- Strong verbal communication and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with popular holiday destinations and major pilgrimage circuits.
- Patient and polite attitude, especially when handling senior citizen travelers and family groups.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in an office environment.
