Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for solar power plants and solar energy solutions . Generate leads through direct sales, networking, digital marketing, referrals, and market research. Identify and develop relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional, and other potential customers .

Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product/project demonstrations. Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and project estimates. Coordinate with technical and project teams for feasibility, costing, and project execution.

Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain regular sales reports, lead pipelines, and customer records.

Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of solar energy, rooftop solar, solar plants, EPC, and renewable energy solutions . Solid business development and customer relationship skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Good presentation and MS Office skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
