Sohan Soft Tech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert prospects into customers.

The candidate will promote our IT and digital solutions across Education, Healthcare, Retail & E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Food & Hospitality, Professional Services, Small & Medium Businesses, Corporate Offices, and other industries.

Our services include Web Development, E-Commerce, Mobile App Development, AI & Automation, WhatsApp Automation, Digital Marketing, Business Software, Office & IT Setup, and Technical Services.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and service presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.




- Maintain client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Basic understanding of IT, software, websites, or digital services.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.

Compensation Performance-based payout with incentives linked to leads generated, sales achieved, and successful client conversions.

Pay: ₹9,985.39 - ₹33,806.99 per month
