We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and motivated Sales &

- Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will lead our market presence and drive real revenue growth for our cutting-edge AI engineering training platform. You will work directly with leadership to turn marketing strategies into converted sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing &
- Content Strategy

- Social Media Management: Design, execute, and monitor content campaigns across LinkedIn,Instagram, and Twitter/X to scale brand authority.

- Content Creation: Produce compelling blog posts, high-converting email newsletters, andB2B marketing collateral that reflects the brand voice.

- Market Research: Conduct routine competitive analysis to map out industry trends and pinpoint untapped growth verticals.

2. Sales &

- Lead Generation

- Fieldwork objective: Conducting MSME site visits to present our service offerings.

- B2B Lead Acquisition: Independently identify, research, and profile premium B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and database tools.

- Outreach &
- Pipeline Management:



Execute end-to-end cold outreach campaigns (email,LinkedIn, and phone calls) to secure discovery and demo sessions.

- CRM Hygiene: Maintain an organized database, ensuring all lead interactions, follow-ups, andsales metrics are perfectly tracked.

- Leadership Collaboration: Provide core tactical support to the Sales and Marketing heads toalign daily output with revenue targets.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an engineering/technical field with a robust interest in business growth.

- Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills are mandator

- Tools: Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva,and social media analytics suites.

- Mindset: Self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup, and highly resilient in meeting performance targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
