As a Sales Manager (Sourcing/Closing), you will drive business growth by leading a high-performance channel ecosystem ensuring strong sourcing pipelines and rapid closures. You will be the market architect, forging partner relationships, enabling winning behaviours, and delivering aggressive revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Performance:
- Build and scale channel partner network to ensure deep market penetration and a predictable lead flow.
- Deliver weekly, fortnightly and launch booking targets through effective funnel conversion and partner engagement.
- Own micro-market strategy competitor intelligence, pricing insights, and market share expansion.
Sales Operations & Governance
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead sourcing qualification VDs/ apps closure.
- Deploy performance governance mechanisms daily reviews, forecasting accuracy, CRM adoption, and lead hygiene.
- Track sales cycle timelines and drive interventions to reduce conversion time.
Channel Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with top brokers, IPCs, and strategic partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-4 years of channel sales experience with a proven history in high-stakes, high-velocity closures (Real Estate preferred).
- Startup/scale-up mindset thrives in agility, builds without buffers, and moves with purpose.
Success Measures
- Bookings & revenue delivery
- Conversion ratio improvement and sales cycle reduction
- Productivity per channel partner & partner retention
- Market share in assigned micro-markets.
