Role & responsibilities

- You will be the first POC for all inbound requests from our customers (From US geo only )
- You will represent Soma Insurance to the customers and handle their existing insurance queries and also sell the best insurance to them for their need .

Preferred candidate profile

- Best communication skills to connect with US customers
- Outstanding at analytical thinking ,problem solving
- Can work from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST from office .
