The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead admissions across all 6 branches. Your main goal is straightforward: turn walk-ins and enquiries into confirmed admissions. You'll lead a team of 15+ counsellors and centre staff, set targets and build a strong, parent-friendly sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the walk-in-to-admission conversion rate across all 6 centres, and meet monthly and annual admission targets
- Lead, train and motivate a team of 15+ admission counsellors and front-office staff
- Visit branches regularly to check on enquiry handling, campus tours and parent counselling
- Track every lead from enquiry to walk-in to follow-up to admission, and make sure no lead is lost




- Plan and run admission drives, open houses, local activations and community events in Thane
- Work with marketing on lead generation (digital, referrals, society and corporate tie-ups)
- Share weekly and monthly MIS on enquiries, walk-ins, conversions and revenue with management
- Handle escalations and objections, and close high-value or difficult cases yourself
- Track competitor fees, offers and positioning in the Thane market

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years leading a team
- Education industry experience preferred (preschool, K-12, edtech or coaching)
- A proven record of meeting conversion and revenue targets
- Strong parent counselling, communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Experience managing several branches or locations
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel and target tracking
- Based in Thane or willing to relocate (on-site role only)
- Available to join immediately (within 15 days)
