In this role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new loan customers, developing robust relationships with channel partners, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will play a critical part in expanding our market footprint while ensuring all operations comply with internal credit policies and financial regulations.

- Experience* requirement, e.g., 3–4 years of proven experience in loan sales (e.g., LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Home Loans) within the BFSI or banking industry.Skills: Strong analytical, communication,



and negotiation skills Sound knowledge of credit evaluation, financial statements, and local market dynamics.

- Leadership* Demonstrated track record of managing a sales team and driving performance.

- Key Responsibilities* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan origination and disbursement targets.

- Team Leadership* : Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers or Sales Executives to maximize performance and productivity.
