We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in apartment sales to join our team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the residential real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about apartment projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartment options.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential apartment sales.
- Experience in selling apartments for builders or real estate developers is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Dharwad and nearby locations.
