We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the standards of the hotel or resort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Assist guests in identifying and purchasing hotel services, packages, and accommodations. Provide information about amenities, services, and special promotions.
- Sales: Promote and sell hotel products and services, including booking rooms, events, and other amenities to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, local events, and competition to provide guests with tailored recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Maintain a customer database for follow-ups, future sales, and promotional offers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage, to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Reporting:



Assist with the preparation of sales reports, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and suggesting improvements to sales strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Collect guest feedback to improve service and implement changes to exceed customer expectations.
- Promotion & Marketing Support: Support the marketing team by helping with promotional events, campaigns, and advertising initiatives aimed at increasing hotel bookings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
