Position: Sales Manager

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores and other departments for smooth customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience in Industrial / Engineering / Hydraulic & Pneumatic products will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop current business and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
