WE’RE HIRING | SALES MANAGER – MUMBAI | LSA & FFA

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, specializing in LSA (Life-Saving Appliances) & FFA (Fire-Fighting Appliances).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore companies, maritime operators and other industry clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively develop the company’s customer base within the maritime sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to quotations, negotiations and order closure.
- Handle tenders, RFQs, bids and commercial proposals, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tenders and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities and customer requirements within the LSA & FFA market.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the maritime / marine industry.
- Robust existing maritime industry network with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore companies and related clients.
- Proven experience in sales, tenders, RFQs, bidding and commercial negotiations.
- Knowledge of LSA, FFA and marine safety equipment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, develop accounts and close sales.
- Maritime industry experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.
