Job Summary

- Develop and execute the overall B2C sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and achieve sales targets.

- Build and implement scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans while monitoring key performance indicators.

- Identify current market opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategies.

- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management initiatives.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.

- Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent while fostering a high-performance sales culture.

- Present regular sales performance reports,



business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

- 8-12 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.

- Proven experience leading large-scale Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales organizations.

- Strong track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

- Experience in consumer technology, electronics, IT hardware, retail, consumer durable, or similar high-volume consumer industries.

- Experience managing large sales teams across multiple regions is preferred.
