? Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Assist in explaining relevant education and migration services
- Support the team in maintaining and updating lead/customer information
- Make follow-up calls and assist in scheduling client consultations
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets
- Develop professional communication and client-handling skills
- Participate in sales activities, campaigns and business development initiatives
- Learn and follow the company’s sales processes and professional standards
