MIPATEX is expanding its team — and we’re looking for experienced professionals who can take ownership, understand their role, and deliver results.
We currently have 3 openings at our Pisoli, Pune office:
01 | TENDER MANAGER
Experience: 1+ year
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant government, corporate and institutional tenders
- Manage complete tender documentation and submission
- Handle EMD, technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with sales, operations and finance teams
- Monitor tender deadlines, results and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate tender records and databases
Required: Practical knowledge of tender portals, documentation and the end-to-end tender process.
02 | SALES EXECUTIVE
Experience: 1+ year
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities and leads
- Develop and manage customer and dealer relationships
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Negotiate and close business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain regular sales and customer reports
Required: B2B/field sales experience, communication skills, negotiation ability and strong follow-up skills.
03 | TELE-CALLER
Experience: 1+ year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations
- Maintain call and lead records
- Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into business
Required: Good communication skills, confidence on calls, basic computer knowledge and prior telecalling/inside-sales experience.
