We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle sales activities at our real estate project site. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective buyers, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, presenting project features and offerings, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach towards clients, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential luxury/premium real estate sales will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive understanding of the real estate sales and booking process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Should be presentable, confident, proactive, and professionally groomed.

Educational Requirements:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- A degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant real estate sales experience or experience in automobile industry will be also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
