Job Title: Sales Executive - Telecalling & Back Office
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive for Telecalling and Back Office support.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain products/services, handle inbound queries, generate and qualify leads, follow-up for conversion and retention, maintain accurate customer data in CRM, prepare daily/weekly sales reports, process orders and documentation, and coordinate with sales & operations team.
Requirements: Excellent communication & persuasion skills, basic computer knowledge - MS Office & CRM, customer-centric and target-oriented mindset, 0-2 years experience in telesales preferred. Any Graduate.
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
