- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from contractors, builders, developers and construction companies.
- Visit construction sites and prospective customers regularly.
- Promote RMC and related construction-material products.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Collect market information on pricing, competitors and ongoing projects.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

- Candidate Requirements
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local construction market.
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling.
- Basic computer / mobile reporting skills.
- Candidates from RMC, cement or admixture backgrounds will be preferred
