Employment Type- Full time Salary ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours- 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are working days.

About the Role

Paramount Associates is looking for a Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with calling and client follow-ups, and have a strong interest in sales and customer handling. This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.

 Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.

 Convert potential leads into customers through effective communication and follow ups.

 Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

 Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

 Convince and negotiate with clients to support successful sales closures.

 Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

 Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.





 Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handling of customer requirements.

 Work independently on assigned leads while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

 Comfortable with calling and regular client follow-ups.

 Target-oriented and motivated towards achieving sales goals.

 Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling will be an advantage.

Eligibility

 Freshers can apply.

 Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience are preferred.

 Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory for the role.

 Candidates should be willing to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a weekday weekly off.
