Priyam IT Services is looking for an energetic telemarketing executive to connect with businesses across retail, industry, hospitality, and healthcare. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome. We will train you.

Along with software, we supply business hardware such as barcode printers, scanners, barcode labels, and thermal rolls.

Who You Will Connect With

- Retail stores, supermarkets, garment shops, and departmental stores
- Manufacturing units and industrial businesses
- Hotels, restaurants, and cafs
- Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies
- Distributors, wholesalers, and other growing businesses

What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses across these sectors to introduce our software, IT services, digital marketing services, and hardware products.
- Explain our solutions clearly and generate genuine interest among prospects.
- Handle inbound enquiries from our website, social media, and digital campaigns promptly.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos and meetings for the field marketing team.




- Follow up regularly to turn prospects into customers.
- Call existing clients for software renewals, AMC, upgrades, and repeat orders of consumables like barcode labels and thermal rolls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Share regular reports on lead pipeline and customer feedback.

What We Are Looking For
- Any graduate (12th pass with robust relevant experience can also apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or tele-calling. Freshers are welcome.
- Fluent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience selling software, IT services, or digital marketing services.
- Understanding of how retail, hotels, hospitals, or industries use billing and inventory software.
