We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business development in the printing and packaging sector. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets across diverse packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in printing and packaging

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with production teams for timely delivery

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)

- Experience: 0–5 years in sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Knowledge of printing and packaging industry preferred

- Ability to work independently and in teams

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
