Job Title: Sales Executive (Agrochemicals)

Location: Mungeli, Chhattisgarh (Covering surrounding rural blocks)

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Executive to expand our footprint in Mungeli. You will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with agri-input shopkeepers, dealers, and distributors. Your goal is to ensure our fertilizers and pesticides are the top choice for retailers and, ultimately, the farmers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Retailer Outreach: Visit 20–30 shopkeepers daily to pitch products, take orders, and ensure our brand is well-stocked.
- Market Expansion: Identify and appoint current dealers in underserved areas of the Mungeli district.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers according to credit cycles.
- Competitor Mapping:



Keep an eye on what other brands are doing in the Mungeli market and report pricing or scheme changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture is a huge plus, but open to any stream if you have sales experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Agrochemicals, Seeds, or FMCG preferred).
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi is essential to build rapport with local shopkeepers.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (extensive travel within Mungeli is required).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic mobile apps for reporting daily visits and sales data.

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
