We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Sales Executive to join our team.

Candidates with real estate sales experience are preferred.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for finding and managing leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with potential customers, arranging site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads through calls and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain property projects, prices, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Negotiate with customers and help close deals.
- Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups,



and site visits.
- Stay updated about Gurugram's real estate market and projects.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurugram.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Positive and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
