Job Title: In-Store Salesperson

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer questions.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Generate sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the team regarding stock requirements.
- Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and other sales-related documentation accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.




- Follow up with customers when required regarding inquiries or potential purchases.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Follow all store procedures, sales processes, and customer-service standards.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, in-store sales, or customer service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident in dealing with people.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product presentation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
