Role Overview
Handle walk-in customers, recommend and sell branded eyewear products, maintain stock, and achieve sales targets in a premium optical retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Explain product features and close sales effectively
- Maintain stock and ensure proper product display
- Generate daily sales reports
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid sales acumen and closing ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Retail experience in branded eyewear / optical products (mandatory)
- Preferably from luxury or high-end retail background
- Proficient in MS Office
- 1–4 years of relevant retail sales experience
Educational Qualification & Other Requirements
- Graduate (Degree)
- Languages: English & Tamil (Hindi preferred)

Compensation
- Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month
- Incentive: As per company norms
