Aspiration Cleantech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (ASPCV) specializes in innovative renewable energy and energy-efficiency solutions for industrial applications. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our business expansion.

? Position: Sales Executive

About the Role The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Industrial Heat Pumps, Solar Dryers, and Energy-Efficient Solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to order closure.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify new customers, leads, and business opportunities for heat pumps, solar dryers, and energy-effective solutions.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Promote ASPCV’s clean-energy and sustainable technology solutions.
- Prepare basic quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for product demonstrations, site visits, and project discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent ASPCV professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and site visits.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

? Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in HVAC, Industrial Equipment, Energy, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interest in technical sales and clean-energy solutions.
- Ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Candidates with an HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical / Energy-related background will be preferred.
