Since 2013 we have shipped over 30,000 3D printers and produced more than 10 million parts for customers including ISRO, DRDO, the IITs, Tata and Bosch. Enquiries reach us every day, from a startup printing its first prototype to a manufacturer replacing a broken production part. Your job is to understand what they need and sell them the right printer, material or service.

What You'll Do

- Convert inbound enquiries from our website, phone & marketplaces into orders

- Reach out to manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, defence & education accounts

- Run product demos at our Ambattur facility and over video call

- Prepare quotations, follow up on estimates & close orders

- Grow your accounts so they come back for materials, service & repeat projects

- Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM and represent 3Ding at trade shows

Most of the work happens from our Ambattur Industrial Estate facility, over calls, emails and demos. Customer visits come up now and then,



but this is not a field sales role that keeps you on the road.

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years in B2B sales or business development. Industrial, machinery, engineering or technology sales preferred
- The confidence to talk to engineers and purchase managers. An engineering background is a strong plus

- Strong spoken and written English. Hindi is a plus, since many of our customers are outside Tamil Nadu

- Genuine curiosity about manufacturing and how things get made

- Discipline in follow up, because deals here are won by the person who follows through

What you don't need is prior 3D printing knowledge. We will train you on the technology, the materials and the applications.
