Role & responsibilities
Sales Coordinator - Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for daily sales activities.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Good communication, coordination, follow-up skills, MS Excel, CRM/ERP knowledge, and attention to detail.
