About the Role

Mayura Packaging Private Limited is looking for an organized and responsible Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our sales team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and payments.
- Track customer orders from confirmation to final dispatch.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports and order status reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, billing and other departments.
- Prepare quotations,



invoices and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely coordination for resolution.
- Support the sales team in achieving smooth customer service and order execution.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Processing or Customer Coordination.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Word.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Packaging / Industrial sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work from our Coimbatore location.
