Designation :- Sales Coordinator (Only finance Industry can apply)

Location :- Noida Sector -62

Experience :- 1 years

Notice Period :- Preferred only immediate joiners

Shift Timings :- 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

Working days :- 5 (Alternate saturdays will be work from home)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development functions. The role involves managing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with prospects and internal teams, and maintaining an productive sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain the database of prospective clients and leads.

● Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

● Coordinate meetings, consultations, and follow-up discussions with prospective clients.

● Maintain accurate records of lead status, interactions, and sales pipeline updates.

● Coordinate with Financial Analysts, Relationship Managers, and the sales team for smooth client handovers.





● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

● Ensure all assigned follow-ups and sales coordination activities are completed within timelines.

● Support the Sales Manager in monitoring lead engagement and overall sales team efficiency.

● Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to organisational processes.

Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline; Finance background preferred

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Good interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.

● Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work collaboratively.

● Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or financial services is preferred.
