The Sales Coordinator role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of our center by managing client bookings, renewal tracking, and on-ground sales schedules. You will act as the primary bridge between vehicle owners and our technical team, ensuring seamless service delivery, accurate billing, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookings & Scheduling: Manage vehicle inspection slots, optimize center capacity, and minimize wait times
- Renewal Tracking: Proactively call clients to schedule renewals for expiring fitness certificates
- Field Team Coordination: Plan daily tours, territories, and schedules for on-ground sales staff
- Customer Support & Queries: Answer client inquiries regarding testing procedures, pricing, and RTO compliance
- Documentation & Billing: Verify registration and insurance papers before processing invoices and issuing certificates
- Fail-Report Guidance: Professionally explain "Reasons for Failure" reports and pitch re-testing or internal repair services
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, booking trackers, and payment records
- Education Qualifications: Graduation in B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc,



or any general field
- Robust verbal and written communication to handle diverse clients (from truck drivers to corporate fleet managers)
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle documents, fitness certificates, and transport regulations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic database/CRM management
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination (automotive/transport sector preferred)
