Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting the company’s range of services across financial consultancy, corporate support, overseas consultancy, career counseling, job placement, and manpower solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales.

The Sales

Associate will maintain accurate records of client interactions, support after-sales service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves meeting defined sales targets,



participating in local marketing activities, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to explain services clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a services or consulting environment.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about financial consultancy, corporate support, overseas consultancy, career counseling, job placement, and manpower services.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow up consistently, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems for maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a energetic, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred; experience in consulting or HR services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: secondary education completed; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
