Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Associate will interact with customers, explain product features, assist with selection, and ensure a positive buying experience. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, processing sales transactions, and keeping the sales area clean and organized. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing basic documentation or billing, and supporting promotional activities or in-store campaigns.

Associate will work closely with the store and operations team to meet sales targets and uphold company service standards.





Qualifications

- Customer service skills, including polite interaction, active listening, and ability to resolve basic customer concerns.

- Sales and retail skills, such as product demonstration, upselling, and supporting achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.

- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, including accurate billing, use of POS systems, and safe handling of payments.

- Organizational skills to maintain well-stocked, clean shelves and displays, and to manage easy inventory checks.

- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, courteous, and professional behavior.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends or peak hours when required.

- Prior experience in FMCG or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and follow guidance is essential.

- Minimum education at the high school level (or equivalent); higher education is an added benefit.
